Jamshedpur, March 9: Freedom is the first and most cherished of the democratic rights of human society. Many men and women have sacrificed their lives in the fight for the freedom of our country. This was observed by MP for Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato on Wednesday.
Mahato was invited to Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and International Women’s Day celebrations at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Club, Haludbani, Parsudih organized under the auspices of Dattopant Thengri National Council for Workers’ Education and Development ( NBWED), Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, Regional Branch, Jamshedpur.
The member said he was very motivated by the program. He said he would bring the NBWED activities to the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Union Labor Minister and also invite them to Jamshedpur.
The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the singing of the national song.
The program was chaired by Zila Parishad Vice President Rajkumar Singh and led by Education Officer Pashupati Nath Sah. NBWED Regional Director, Sanjay Kumar, welcomed all the guests and spoke about the objectives of the event.
Rajkumar Singh also praised NBWED officials for organizing training programs for the workers. He said he was proud to be present during the show.
