2022 PGA Championship tee times, pairings, featured groups for Saturday’s third round at Southern Hills

Two unlikely golfers will play for the lead in the third round of the 2022 PGA Championship.

Will Zalatoris, who has never won a PGA event, leads after 36 holes at 9 under par. He is closely followed by Mito Pereira, who is making his first appearance in the PGA Championship. Pereira is a shot back at 8 under. These two make up the final duo for round three on Saturday.

There were a few surprises en route to the third round. Scottie Scheffler and Dustin Johnson failed to make the cut, while Tiger Woods, who struggled late in his opening round at Southern Hills Country Club, bounced back on the back nine of his second round to complete 3 of 36 holes and a shot in the cut line.
